Our office is located at 2475 5th Street North, Columbus, MS 39705, across from Baptist Memorial Hospital. We are open Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-12pm. We have an answering service that can be reached at 662-215-5561 after hours for medical emergencies. Your information will be taken and sent to the office.

Insurance
- We accept the following insurances: Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, BCBS AL, Cigna, Aetna, Humana. This is not a complete list. All deductibles/copays will be collected at check in. We do not accept vision insurance, as Dr. Bennett is a medical doctor and only treats medical issues.
- Surgical Billing – benefits will be checked prior to your procedure, and all deductibles/copays will be collected beforehand.
